From New York Take I-87 New York State Thruway North toward Albany. Take Exit 23 to I-787 North toward Downtown Albany/Rensselaer/Troy. Take Exit 9E to NY-7 East toward Troy/Bennington. After entering Vermont continue onto VT-279 toward Rutland/Manchester (do not go right on VT-9 into Bennington). Follow the signs to US-7 North towards Manchester. Take Exit 3, turn left onto VT-313. Go 2 miles and turn right onto VT-7A North. Proceed 5 miles (through the town of Arlington and into Sunderland). Turn right onto Hill Farm Road just in front of Battenkill Canoe Rental. The Inn is located 1/2 mile down on the right. From Boston Route 2 West to I-91 North. Take Exit 2 into Brattleboro. Take VT. 9 West to US 7 North. Follow US 7 North take exit 3, turn left onto 313.
