Perfect for families and larger groups, it consists of three separate home rentals: two 4 bedroom/4 bath units with full kitchens, living rooms and gas fireplaces and a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Townhouse with a full kitchen and living space. These three units can be rented separately or all together for larger groups.

Set in a beautiful, two-story 1840 home a short drive from the Main Inn, the fully renovated River House Front retains its vintage details and charm in its spacious layout. The four-bedroom home consists of three queen bedrooms and one king all with en-suite bathrooms. The gracious living room, dining room and full contemporary kitchen offer great space for small groups and accommodates up to 8 adults. While it has its own private entrance, the River House Front connects to the River House Back to ensure easy flow of a larger group.
RIVER HOUSE BACK
Offering gorgeous views of the Battenkill River Valley to the east, the River House Back is the newer addition to the beautiful, two story 1840 home. It offers great space for small groups with its dual sitting rooms, generous chef’s kitchen, pool room, large back deck and fire pit. Located a short drive from the Main Inn, the four-bedroom River House Back consists of two queens, one king and one king suite, all with en-suite bathrooms. While it has its own private entrance, the River House Back connects to the River House Front to ensure easy flow of a larger group.
TOWNHOUSE
Tucked around the back of the Riverhouse, lies a cheerfully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom addition. Uniquely set on three levels, it consists of a king bed and bathroom on the second floor and two queens and a bathroom on the third. Offering beautiful views of the Battenkill River Valley to the east, a full contemporary kitchen and comfortable gathering space, the Riverhouse Townhouse accommodates up to 6 adults.
